F-U Friday again!

Oh yes, it's that time of the week again! A day for me to rant and vent about anything and everything that's been pissing me off lately! Thanks to the lovely boobies for hosting F-U Friday!!



FAWK YOU: Worker's Compensation! For not paying my husband enough to support our family! We can't sue his job because of the new "no fault" law, and we can't stop worker's comp., for him to go on temporary disability until we find out if he needs a second surgery, so he is just stuck getting paid less than half of what he used to make. How is anyone supposed to survive on that?

FAWK YOU: Utility company for screwing us over. Somehow, it just happens that our water bill soars at the same time this town is putting in new water lines. Then the bill goes down when the new water lines are done? We didn't do a thing different, so explain this to me, plz, mmkay. Also, for not having any kind of financial assistance for people like us who are stuck on piddly ass worker's comp., and can't pay our outrageous bill. Do we have to sell everything we have just to pay you to bend us over???

FAWK YOU: Job hunting! Since I finished college, I've been sending out buttloads of resumes, and filling out so many applications that I can't keep them straight. I've had ONE phone call, ONE! I need a job so freakin bad, it's not funny.

FAWK YOU: To Me! For not posting any rants in such a long time! I've been spending time job hunting and trying to make money wherever possible online, and just haven't been in the mood to rant. Yes, I have to be in the MOOD or it just doesn't feel right! I couldn't find one simple rant that I really wanted to write about! I'll get back into it soon, I promise!

The Car Shop

I own a car shop and it’s been a long road from the day we opened the doors to the success we’re having now. I love the idea of owning my own business but man, is it a lot of work! I’ve had to do everything myself from looking into credit card services to talking to the landlord when I decided to buy this place to calling an accountant when I found out I was getting audited. I love having so much control over what goes on here but it’s a lot of responsibility, too, so there’s a lot to be said for working for someone else when it means you don’t have to answer any of the big questions! I wouldn’t do anything else so I guess I’m glad this has worked out so well for me and that I found my passion so early in life. I’ve had a lot of support so that’s been one nice thing I can say about having a huge family like mine here at home!

Children's Toys and Games

I have 3 children and they all have birthdays that are just 4 days a part. Yes, you read that right, 4 days apart! We usually end up having one big birthday party for all 3 of them. I was searching for somewhere that I could purchase everything online that I was looking for instead of having to shop at a bunch of different places. I found a website that caters to all parental needs. They have everything from puzzles, games, music, arts and craft supplies, stuffed animals and learning games. They have both boy and girl games and toys. You can seriously find just about everything you are looking for for young children. Everything here is aimed at children using their imaginations which I think is a wonderful thing!


This will really save me a lot of time and I can find items that will keep my children occupied all year long. Christmas is only a few months away, so I know exactly where to shop!
